Yes! We just launched a waitlist for all products that are out of stock. You can add your email and we'll notify you when this product (or size) is back in stock!

Please go to the product in which you're interested. Please select the color and size that you'd want. Below the "sold-out" button, you will be able to add your email to the waitlist.

Thanks in advance for signing up to the waitlist. It's good for us to know, which products need to be restocked. It helps us a lot with our product planning. We do our best to restock your favorites soon!

Each parcel gets a tracking number. That means you should be able to find the latest status of your parcel, by using the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email.

Can't find the tracking number? You can also find it in your account: login here. Or signup for a free account with the email you used to place your order. You will find an overview of all your orders here and find the related tracking numbers.

After we have received your returns parcel, we will check the products and then refund you.

Please note it can take up to one week for us to process the incoming returns. You will get a refund confirmation via email, once we have launched the refund from our side.

With most payment methods (Paypal, credit card, Ideal, Bancontact etc.) it takes about 2-3 working days until the money is back in your account. If you paid via Bankdeposit or Sofort it might take up to a week.
